1995年にシンクライアントを思いつきX-windowで実現できないかを試みたり、パッケージソフトの流通を協力していただいていた協力会社に反対されて実現はできなかったものの、1996年に現在で言うクラウドを思いつき当時勤務していたパッケージソフト開発会社内で提案をし、1992年に国際線の航空機の座席に4クラス制を導入したらよいのではないかと考えるなど、いずれもどこか誰かが現在実現してしまっておりますが、私としては将来のビジネスモデルを発案することには長けていると自負しておりますので、実現力のある方にアイデアをお伝えすることを仕事にしたいと思っております。

In 1995, I thought of the idea of, what we call now, thin client. I tried to make it work in the X Window System. In 1996, I thought of, what today we call, cloud computing and proposed it to the software company where I worked at that time, but we were unable to use this idea due to the opposition of a partner company that helped distribute the software packages. In 1992, I had the idea that international airlines should consider adopting a system of four class seatings instead of three. While each of these ideas would be later made by somebody else, they gave me confidence in my ability to propose potential business models for the future. My professional goal is to provide potential practical ideas to those could make them real.
